Participating agents earn a referral bonus on each property management door referred that signs a property management agreement with us.
As an agent, you are often asked to advise, so connecting clients with a trusted company that is able provide the particular services they need fortifies your position as a trusted advisor. And, once we start working with them, we never ask you to terminate your client relationship. We handle only their property management needs and contact you when the management agreement with your client ends so you can sell the home and earn your commission!
